The predictable recent outbreak of Japanese Encephalitis is another sign that changing temperatures will impact ecosystems on many levels. It feels like all these events are happening as has been predicted for so long. The question being, at what point is our tolerance tested to the limit by the climate extremities that prevail and not so slowly move us toward a hostile planet?
